All rooms are on the ground floor with 2 WC's, 1 Jacuzzi, and two walk in assisted wet rooms.

All bedrooms are single bedded rooms to ensure that each resident can maintain their privacy. One of our rooms is large enough to take a married couple should they wish to share and we are very happy to offer this facility when required.

All rooms are fully furnished in an elegant manner. Every room has its own colour television with remote control and facility for a residents own phoneline.

We have two beautiful landscaped gardens; the rear one being enclosed benefiting from a heated outdoor swimming pool, patio and barbecue area with raised gallery walk way around the perimeter of the garden.

Both gardens have seating for those who like to be outside in fine weather.

We also boast a large lounge and dinner, elegantly furnished with high back leather recliners.

From the lounge there are wonderful views to the Downs, Park

and Sea through 3 large panoramic windows.
