Staff

Oasis House has a friendly and caring staff. John and Tracey have a real devotion and interest in their residents and plan to regularly attend training seminars and workshops to update their knowledge and skills.

John was trained as a nursing auxiliary at Brighton General Hospital and then undertook his R.G.N training at Brighton School of Nursing. Calling on over 20 years nursing experience in a variety of fields, specializing mainly in the care of the elderly. He recently successfully completed a post graduate course in management at Brighton University.

 




Tracey has been trained as a nursing auxiliary with the British Nursing Association. Tracey is an excellent cook, one of her many talents, being a qualified chef, City & Guilds 706 part 1 and part 2. Having passed health and hygiene courses and worked three years at the Brighton Metropole Hotel.

All our staff under go their NVQ training and attend regular training days on a variety of subjects, such as first aid, manual handeling and other topics pertinent to the care of our current service users.
